Crash Error

Every time I try to open this game I get a crash error and the game closes. I have deleted and reinstalled but it continues. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Your hardware drivers are up to date? All Windows updates installed? Your system meets the minimum system specs? If the problem still exists the best will be to contact the support team via email, so they can take a closer look: supportcs2@astragon.de
