How do I exit game without killing it in Task manager?

I'm stuck in the game with no exit option in the game menus.

If you a prfile is running, press ESC to open the menu > move to the right end select the Exit the Game option to go back to the profile selection screen > Press the OFF button on the top right of the screen > Done :-)

I hit ESC and I get the "Company" Main Menu. The arrow keys do nothing, neither do WASD keys do anything. Maybe it wants a controller for the Steam version of the game?

You have to use the Scroll-Wheel of your mouse to scroll left and right :-)
