Did the cargo "snap" to the trailer? (There should be a ghost of the cargo you want to snap before you can do that).
Yes, it did snap to the trailer, but I couldn't drive more than 6 miles per hour hour to the mall to deliver the sign. See screenshot:

There was not chain symbol like on the flatbed truck with crane. No option to choose one. Like I said, I'm not sure what I was doing wrong, but hitting the X button on my Xbox controller and bringing up the context menu didn't show any option to secure or chain down the load. Might be a bug?
