How do I operate the concrete bucket?
I just placed the crane on the construction site, picked up a full concrete bucket, but in the quick list I could not slect pouring. How do I start and stop pouring from the bucket on a PC?

You have to open the concrete bucket's menu wheel...not the menu of the crane :-)
