Stuck when penalized?

During the 1st game in chapters 2 & 3, I seem to get stuck any time I get penalized. It will just sit at the screen of the judge saying saying he will need to penalize me, and only offer the options of the menu or the court record but neither key works..

This happens every single time, even after restarting the game. Pretty frustrating..

This has happened to me twice. Different times whilst getting penalized in chapter 3.

I had the same issue and turned off VSync to fix a different issue mentioned in the troubleshooting thread (monitors that go 120 Hz or higher speed up the game with VSync on) and now I no longer get stuck when penalized.

Maybe that will help?

Thanks, that may be it as this was on a 144hz w/ vsync on. Capcom requested me to submit a video of the issue to them, hopefully they will get it fixed up.
