How many hours does the game take to complete?
I looked on the website, it says 60 hours.
But then I looked on YouTube, and the first 4 cases are completed in 8 hours.

Depends on how the game is played.
There are multiple factors which greatly influence your playtime:
-optional dialogs
-skipped dialogs
-reading speed
Because the game is overall about reading it will come down to how fast you can read and go through testimonies.
There are quite a few optional dialogs, it is up to you to decide whether or not you are going to read those(personally highly recommend checking everything).
Overall, playtime here is extremely vague. you can easily reach 60hours, but it highly differs from player to player.
There are obviously more factors that can increase or decrease your playtime, but those are individual.
Sadly unable to share my playtime, purchased the game after its completion.

I'm on the final case of the 2nd game, and I'm 31 hours in. Also keep in mind that the case 5 of the first game is the length of all the previous cases combined.

it took me around 40ish hours even with a bit of help on some turnabout stuff and i just started on the third game now where you play as mia so id say if you actually used no online walkthroughs, it could be around 55 hours to beat all three, taking into account you dont speedrun it.

I'm around 39 hours in and I've just finished the first game, but I did waste some time trying to get the Lunchbox Specialist achievement, so it depends. Though, even without the achievement hunting, still would have been at least 36 hrs.

case 5 is way too long. and the game's writting isn't good enough to sustain it as the inconsistencies start pilling on. overall, worst case imho.
