White Screen Problem

Hello everyone, sorry I know this is not the place for this, but I just can't play the game. When I play the game, it opens on a window mode with a white screen, but I can still hear the background song when I click on it. I tried to do everything, even uninstalling but it just keeps the same thing. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!

Hard to know everything you tried outside of uninstalling so first thing I would do is go here and go through as much of the suggestions as possible to see if it resolves the issue:

Also, be sure to verify your files as well in case you haven't tried that. If all else fails, submit a bug report to them. I believe it says what to list in the above link.

I did some searching online and this seems to be a bug that's existed for some players for a few years now. It was especially common on the phone app/tablet version I guess. No clear solution that I could find, but it seems like a graphical/driver issue.
