japanese voicee with english text?

so i was wondering before i bought the game... is there a way to have english text with japanese voices?

I'm kinda interested in this, too. A mod that flips the audio and art files would be nice. I know there's a lot of edited backgrounds to Americanize things.

exactly. idk why but i love how they say objection in japanese. i wanna use the japanese voice clips but i still wanna be able to know what the hells going on xD

Same here. So I made a mod for this. I hope it will be helpful.
The mod will force to use Japanese voice with "異議あり!" text (optional) whatever the option language is.

2019/08/31 Edited: For ANY language, they would be Japanese voice.

sorry I am not sure what you mean
do you mean just replace "the resource file" instead of replacing dll(recompile code)?

I have no idea exactly how it would work. But basically what I'm looking for is the Japan-version of the art on the English-version of the game, like you did with the voices. If it's possible. I like the Japanese police references. And the other cultural things. :P

Ace Attorney has traditionally been an arms race between the Japanese culture and whoever was localizing it in the west. As time went on, the Japanese developers put in ever more of their culture in the game to poke fun at the silly folk.

It would be definitely be cool to re-Orient the game.
