the great ace attorney, other then the whole, doyle estate and copyrights for holmes, cannot be locolized due to how its deeply rooted in japanese identity, as well as including some real history related stuff like the japanese/anglo aliance and the delicate political relationships and recisem.
Japanese immigration is convoluted?
also capcom got really lazy with locolization ever since dual destinies, and would probebly ruing characters by putting a name that is a pun for idiots, like "dats arable" - "that's a rable" and they would probebly ruin alot of characters in DGS1-2, and will somehow try to force an idea that its a japanese town in the US after WW1 and make some conveluted explenation on how they are there, as opposed to just give a faithfull translation like scarlet study done.
