No Lake Party ?

On two of my Y2 files the lake party hasn't appeared when I arrived near the mine at 1:00pm. Not sure if this continues to Y3 and so on yet

I'm also encountering this bug in a Y1 file, the event is not triggering (Festive flags appear in the main square like in the other festival events, tho).

I am also having this bug. There is no lake party triggering when I go to the lake :(

Edit: I walked back and forward. And it did trigger at exactly 1pm. But not between 9am (I think it was) and 1pm as the npc says. Only at exactly 1pm.

I tried this when the event wasn't triggering and it worked for me as well, so thanks! Hopefully this with get fixed soon.
