ok i will try that, but i think i already did, just not in a straight line, do you have to run in a straight line for it to work?
Run a bit in a direction.
While running tap the Use Tool button.
I am not sure why such a rudimentary sequence of buttons requires a tutorial.
So this perk is very very bad in a vertical fight situation, but ok at best in a horizontal fight situation, it does the same amount of damage as a charged attack (from what i can tell) and hitting it is super hard and unreliable against fast moving enemies (like bats)
So basically i regret taking this perk since it didnt up my combat, it even hinders me at times when i try to run around in the mine going from wall to wall to mine, and accidentally performing a dash attack instead of mining the wall, wasting some energy.
So i am forced now to stay put for a sec after running around to not accidentally trigger a dash attack. kind of loses me some time getting through the mines.
TL;DR: Don't learn this perk guys (same for gatherer btw since there is nothing worth foraging except 5 herbs in spring and "gatherer" doesnt work in the mines... the reason i learned it... doesnt work...)
Yes you are right, maybe i am just to dumb to understand how it was supposed to work and others wont have this issue, but since there already is help windows, adding another one wouldnt be so hard?
For me at least it wasnt obvious and thats why i started this thread in the first place.
Thank you for being so active into developing this game btw, keep at it, you rock! :)
It's just that I thought the perk's description was enough for people to figure it out. If other people too say it doesn't then I will provide a better in-game explanation :)
hahaha, benefit of the doubt :D
ok sounds like the right way to handle this :)
Great game, cant say this enough, enjoying every second :)
