Chickens :)
Bought a chicken. SHWEET. Bought 10 feed. Put all 10 feed in the bins thinking it would last a while... i was wrong. very wrong. It was gone the next day. Could I have just put 1 feed in and the chicken be fed properly?

I haven't tested this yet but from what I've read if you only have once chicken, put the feed on the bottom right bin. If you have two chickenses, put the feed in the first two bins on bottom right.

Putting the feed willy nilly may lead to further frustration. And frustration leads to anger and... you know the rest.

All to well ;) I filled all of them up. Do you just put 1 feed per chicken with the algorithim that you posted above?

Yep, only 1 feed per chicken and starts from bottom right. If you feel like it, maybe you can FOR SCIENCE it and let us know your finding on what will happen if you put the feed in any other bin instead. XD

I haven't bought a chicken yet so couldn't try it myself.

Personally i never had this issue with feed having to be in specific bins. But you do just give 1 food per chicken.

Did your chicken still lay eggs if you put the feed in random bin? That's great news!

Do you have to feed them or can you leave them outside and it counts?

You don't need to feed them if they're outside, just make sure you build them a fenced in area so they don't get murdered. You'll still need food for when the weather is bad though.

Okay, do I need to bring them inside before I go to bed?

Well damn lol. I was basing this on the little tutorial in the menu, didn't know it could still happen in a fenced in area. Did you leave them outside over night?
