createing custom UI Theme's, Icon's?

i really like the program and the customizability, but i was wondering if/how i can change the entire theme to something custom that me or someone else would make along with the icons.

Theoretically, yes. It's not clear for someone who can't read the directions, but I was able to alter a few things without too much of a headache. A formal "theme" is beyond me, though.

Take a look at the Workshop, there's a few downloadables to get you started.

I saw them and downloaded a few for use but now i want to make a theme that can go really well with a background from wall paper engine. Maybe something like system shock.

I can think of a number of game UI's that would be fun to have as a Windows overlay, and having SAO Util to do that with out be awesome.

IKR, but my questions was is it possible for us to make our own themes then put it into the files of the program and it work? if yes then how would i do it?
