Problem with the rope.

Hi, sorry to bother you.
While I was playing I entered the destroyed building (on day 1) and someone talked to me about grabbing a rope, but that rope never appeared. I waited until I ran out of time but it still didn't appear. I restarted and, when I moved, they said something about wanting me to come back, but when I did the rope was still not there.
Is this a bug? Am I missing something?

Never appeared... it should of landed in front of him. Probably a bug
