Download widescreen fix?

I'm trying to apply the FOV and widescreen adjustments described at PC Gaming Wiki. I got the FOV fix just fine, but I can't seem to download the widescreen fix at the location referenced. When I get to the page with a big "Download" button and click it, nothing happens. Then my antivirus starts spewing warnings about dangerous links and blocked downloads. Is there some trick to downloading from that site, or is there an alternate download site some place (I couldn't find one)?
