All of my Strategic Command Games suddenly will not start

All of a sudden ALL of my Strategic Command games will not start. I get the page to begin, and the green play panel, but once pressed, it goes right to stop, then to play again. Tried all the standard fixes...verified files, deleted cache, re-installed games, but it still continues to do the same thing....on ALL my SC games. Please advise me on what I can do to remedy this situation. I am running Win 10. system is i7, 16 GB ram, NVidia Graphics 970. Games did work prior to the beginning of last week. HELP!!!

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

My guess is that this is probably a Steam issue if it is effecting all of your games. Often it is anti virus related as well. Take a look at this page to see if you might be able to find a solution here, and let us know if not.
