Cable Guy Achievement

I've 100%ed the game and the Sporty DLC as well as found all the hidden trophies. Any idea how to get this achievement?
All it says in the description is to "tune the TV"

I'm pretty stumped. I've combed through the areas and can't find anything. Maybe it's in a level

My guess is there's a TV somewhere and you smack it with the ball a few times
