Rotating Trains

Some of you said he couldn't finnish the red line(and maybe the blue line too). Why? Because trains in front of you started to rotate and spin in a circle. Try it.
Put in the setting menu(part other) traffic to "none" and when you will arrived to some point, your train will be totating. How is it possible? Maybe is it only in Windows 10, i dont know, but i have this problem with this game. Why is it?
