Exit the game? Graphic Settings?

How do you exit the game, I can't find any type of Menu with options. What am I missing?Are there any graphics settings, I know it's an older game, but it would be nice if you could better the graphics.

I couldn't even view the desktop when playing this, it was locked on the game and I couldn't access any in-game menus. It worked well enough on win 11 but required task manager in order to kill it.

Click on the lifebuoy on the lower of the screen. It lead to the menu.

Same. There doesn't seem to be a way to not get it in fullscreen.
