How do I fix this visual bug?

As you can see in the screen shot, there's this box that covers a big part of the screen. The shape is a little different on the course, but it's annoying everywhere it shows up.

go to the option menu at control and then out again, so it's gone, that's how it was with me

Wow, that did work. Is there a more permanent solution? This seems to come back when I close the game and come back to it at a later time.

unfortunately, i have found no other solution, that must probably fix sega / sumo

I have a similar issue on my end too on Ice Mountain and Sand Road: https://twitter.com/Chicmunk4u/status/1426883728102592513 I have to flick V-Sync on and off on startup to fix it :/

Ah gotcha, yep TSR doesn't load your options settings until you open options :/
