Game runs choppy...
Transformed runs perfectly, it's a real shame.

I had a framepacing issue, the game was running at very high fps, but it wasn’t properly syncing to the monitor, so I turned GSync off and it actually solved it, now it’s smooth as it should be (no stuttering, no tearing, perfect), but without any adaptive sync, which is not a problem on a game like this, I mean, my gpu fans won’t even turn on lmao, feels like a smartphone game hahaha cpu and gpu usage are below 20% running at 144+ fps.
I have a gtx1070 ti and a FX8350 (3rd gen, very old cpu) clocked at 4.6hz btw
Ill try that, thanks!

My fx-6300 + gtx 780 combo runs this game no sweat at 1080p 75fps

Those who have over 60Hz monitors, be aware that games physics and gameplay are capped at 60 FPS, but other elements update faster (UI animations mostly, some particles), which will make the game look choppy and stuttery. Capping the framerate to 60 FPS should smooth things out.

You should immidiately see that e.g. teams names won't stutter out of control anymore after capping to 60 FPS.

And it does also seem similar to transformed that vsync seems problematic, so disabling and forcing external solves a looooot of issues.

Getting excess of 400 FPS running 1440p with i9+RTX2070 and no noticeable stutter of frame time inconsistancy after 60 FPS cap and external vsync with nvidia inspector.

okay, technically speaking you're right. i run a Radeon M7 270, not a big deal at all as a graphics card, i know... but it is what you can say equivalent more or less with 900 series or even a 1050.

actually only Radeon R9 280 matches with the GTX 1050. the R9 270 would be a matchup against the GTX 950.

seems like the only cards that are really not having much of a issue is the RTX series... anything below it, as far as i heard, is still suffering. this could be some valuable info for optimization.
I have an RTX 2070 it is choppy for me at the start of each race
