hello, when i run the programm it says error code 59 cant find license.

i'm really at a loss here. googling the problem is no help because all the advice i've seen is for older versions of the program. every time i try to finish the download process by launching the software it says it's missing files and shuts down. i'm not super tech savvy and i have no idea what's going on. how do i fix this? does anyone know?...

Hello! I've been using Movie Studio 13 Platinum to create videos for Internet use. The reviews are mixed on Steam so I'm not sure whether I should upgrade from 13 Platinum or not. I probably will try it (for £29 thats a steal) but if you have any opinions on whether this is worthy to upgrade from 13 Platinum or not, please let me know: I'm not sure what new things you get or don't get with this version, apart from a bigger number, haha....
