Blackscreen

So I am editing a video & when I start the rendering its all fine but when watch the edit version 1 minute has passed I get black screen all the way to 30 seconds before the end & it reappears. I had this issue on Movie Studio 13 as well. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Legit the only thing i have found to work.. its shutting it down... then restarting the app.. then trying to render... now im at the point where 85% of the time the render fails because sonys owe codex fail... software is garbage if you ask me
