i really can't make ra-ra to unglitch

whenever i try to reload the game, play a new game or anything, ra-ra just stands on the drawner of the house without doing anything, i already played in a fresh game like 3 times and this keeps happening, it is kinda of annoying to be honest, she doesn't follow, or react or anything, just stays there

When you create a completely new character Ra-Ra is already waiting for you at the house?

no, but whenever i try to do her tasks, she do her thing in the house, and then she's behind certain character forever and when the week restarts, she'll stay there, in a new game, the same thing happens my point is, whenever i invite rebecca in, and do the funny with her, ra-ra will be behind rebecca, which i assume its normal to happen, but when i restart the week, ra-ra will stand on my drawner and do nothing, also there appears to be 2 ra-ra's because she can still be seen on a dumpster and on my drawner, regardless of creating a new character, if i follow the steps, she will always stays there

Have you traveled to the "Welcome to Lakeview Valley" sign area? Is Ra-Ra not there?
