Your account is already logged in on another device
Game froze during match ready time and won't respond to any command other than Alt+F4. After reboot of the game this message keeps appearng as i try to connect and then game closes.
Tried to verify game files but nothing happened. So I waited about half an hour and then retried to log but the error is still here.
Any idea how I can fix it?

I myself had this problem, reinstallation does not help (

The best thing you can do is boycott this game until the developers figured out how to stop being greedy, incompetent ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.


Ever since before the Steam versions, this game has had many many issues like for example the terrible netcode which to this day still has not been fixed.

Actually, there is something you can do.

Send an email to support@wiplegames.com (Or message me directly on discord if you'd prefer) stating the issue and the following information:

- Your in-game callsign
- The server you tried to log into
- Your IP Address
- The last time you tried to log in

I too have this problem. Last time I bought battle pass and now I can't play. Please help?
I have this problem since yesterday. I wrote to the support, but no one gave a sign of life within 24 hours.
It was the second time I encountered this problem, but the first time after a few hours it was okay, and now the whole day has passed and still the same. I would ask for help, because it is bad that someone spends money on the game, because he liked it and he has been playing it for a few hundred hours, and support does not write back.
