It's the perk that I level up in second after Swred Promoter (which is a must in early game when you struggle with money), as it will really help you get better new warriors for the long run.
Like Narol says it is for those runs when you want to finish Rome with nothing but ubermenchen.

Actually when you get such guy the game become boring, but anyways it funny:)
If that makes the game too boring, you can still hire D-level glads if you wish, just for the challenge !
