What is the maximum level of weapons training?
Just curious because I've been training guys on weapons for a while and they're beefy but the OCD won't let me pull them out until they're done training.

How many people are you meant to be able to assign to weapons training?

It won't allow me to have any more than one.

I have four training at the moment all currently fixed in physical training.

the number of people in weapon training is equal to training building level

it depends on how many trainers you have if you allready build the staffmemberbuilding you can hire more than one trainer ^^

That doesn't allow you to have more people in dedicated weapons training though.

It is the building's level as lebe mentioned.

Level 2 Weapons = 2 dedicated slots... the trainers aren't assigned to individuals as they are for physical training (in fact, the trainers barely impact weapons training at all).

the impact is 1% for every 100 point cumulated in weapon training

Exactly. 5% bonus for a maxed out trainer is so small it hardly matters. I don't even look at the weapons stat when I hire anymore.

Do they stack because in such case 10 maxed out weapon trainers would still give a 50% bonus to everyone which is quite significant boost.

they stack, but in the end it's a lot of money, investment and management you can only afford when you are already winning, so not really worth right now

I only played the game for a few hours but looking at my expenditure, staff cost seems to be rather low compared to stuff such as equipment cost.

Do anyone know what determine how quickly they improve their weapon skill because I had a lazy gladiator improve extreamly quickly compared to the rest who had better stats and harder workers?

Weapon skill have been buffed to 20 damage per point in latest patch.

check you gladiator which improve quicklytheir is a screen with his personnal history, chances are he have the native +50% weapon training speed; plus expertise, gladiator background you can add up to native 200% meaning your bonus from 10 perfect trainer is around 1/4th of easily attainable bonuses.

work ethic is far less important than the other factors lebe listed
