Society of Unrest and Art Gallery Quests Help

-For the quest you get from the shadow by the house who wants you to look at their paintings; where do you find them? are they in a specific location or do you just need to look at every painting you come across as you play and hope they're the paintings you need?

-for the society of unrest; Where do you find the 3rd guy? I found the first guy somewhere on the coast nearby where you first get the quest. I found the second guy in the Vulture's Nest in that little side area next to the weight lifting equipment, anyone know where to find the 3rd guy?

I've checked every location available as of the main story quests where you rescue Broker and visit the abandoned hospital past wild grove and i've had no luck finding the dude...

For the 3rd guy, check the bar/brothel in Square of Glory, especially the room with the planetarium.

With the paintings guy, you need to look at 50 paintings I think. It can be any painting, doesn't have to be specific ones.

There is a painting I never saw in the water plant in one of the office when going out.
But I can't trigger the "view" action :(
It mays be one of the missing paints :(

To add to this, because I know exactly which one you're talking about, I viewed over 30 paintings after starting the quest and it didn't trigger the quest to complete or the achievement. This was 1.5-1.6 though so I have no idea if it was fixed.
