Not SDL file: Solution [Update]

I got this problem also and this is my solution. Hopes this works for others.

Starting notes.
*Note that \player\ can be your ingame profile that you created
*If it's from /option.set/ or /settings.set/ or something else delete it. This is isn't just limited to those files as it can be any file in \profiles\. For exmapel this message can pop up

First Go to {C:\Users\*name*\Documents\my games\men of war\profiles\} and delete /Setting.set/ Or /options.set/ Or Whatever your error says. If its a corrupt save just delete it the save.

Second Start up Men of War and it should work. (Your files automatically recreates them.

Third (if it didn't work) Make sure that the files of {C:\Users\*you*\Documents\my games\men of war\profiles} came back

Fourth If your problem still there and you are sure you deleted the correct files. then go and delete just the profiles file. Most game progress / saves and such will be lost.

Side Effect. Controls or Video/Graphic configuration is maybe be reseted and because of that you have to change it. You can avoid this by copy the value and later set it back in but that may lead to problem coming again because most SDL file problems comes from the \setting\ folder. I hope this works for others. If this doesn't work or having difficulty.

Well if you deleted your game progress file it does reset the file. The progress isnt saved on cloud but is saved on pc.

Ok interesting Have you tried to go to Steam folder. go to Steam -> Steamapps -> common -> Men of War. Then go to the Exe folder and deleting it may help but if it doesnt and there even more dead ends. then i would recomend and get a pirate version of the game. Much less annoying to deal with. I did not encounter any issiues with deleting that file while testing right now. If you had you game open while trying to delete it. That could be what causing the issiue. If you say a little bit more about why you can delete that file, I could help you,
