Steaming pile of crap.

Sorry, but this game is out to milk you for ever penny it can. At first it's great fun, but as you go up the ranks, you will loose more and more silver forcing you to spend real money buying more. I can win 200,000 silver in a game and not get one bit of it because of how the game is weighed against the players. You upgrade your tanks to max and you'd have thought that would mean you win more silver as your skills also improve, but no. I was 6th on the country on the board and even then I wasn't making enough silver to sustain the game without spending real money.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this game and find one where you don't have to spend your hard earned cash on tank upgrades.

This is literally world of tanks, it amazes me how people rip off free to play games, like, what's the point?

Just download world of tanks, it's free, has extremely good graphics, runs better, has more content.

This game isn't actually bad, all i'm saying is why would you play a worse looking, poorer running, rip-off version of an already free to play game?

If you're into playing hardcore P2W games that look like they were released on android phones 5 years ago on your pc, this is perfect for you.

When this appeared in my Discovery Queue and I saw the screenshots, I thought that the HUD looked familiar. So I clicked on the developer and publisher links, but was puzzled to find that this was their only game...

Then I remembered the name of the game I was thinking of and when I looked at it's store page the puzzle was solved: the devs had simply rebranded themselves from Extreme Developers to Ex Devs (the EULA refers to Extreme Developers, not Ex Devs).

And Battle Tanks is simply a reskin of Extreme Developer's Tank Force (a game I played for nearly 500 hours): apart from the appearance of the tanks themselves, the only other difference I could find is the maps (although I only played one, to confirm my suspicions), other than that the games are identical.

Something else that's the same is the number of poor reviews and complaints on their discussion pages. Oh, and the complete lack of engagement from the devs. What's shocking is that they've managed to anger so many people so quickly: this was only released six weeks ago! But I suppose having perfected their "art" with Tank Force, this is only to be expected.

The problem is not that the games are poor imitations of World of Tanks etc (nor the rampant hacking/cheating), it's that both games are explicitly engineered to screw as much money as possible out of the players and are practically unplayable without handing over your cash.

But don't take my word for it, both games are free to download so please find out for yourself. Just don't say that I didn't warn you...

I end up, as a tier 1 tank, on a team of tier 1 tanks against a team of tier 2 tanks.
I typically am the last player on my team to get killed. Checking the team stats, I am the only one with a kill on my team! WTHeck!
I don't choose my team, the system does. I am not going to spend money to upgrade, forget it.
If the teams can't be level based on tier and experience, then I will uninstall and find another game.

Copy Paste of the greedy economic system of Tank Force, including more than 75% of copied content so it's cheaper/faster/easier to make. To be honest only physics, OST and maps have been worked on seriously: everything else comes from Tank Force.
Still a good game or else I wouldn't play it but I can't recommand this. Anyway you already know that these devs care really little about making balance in their games, they're more into making traps to force you paying in one way or one other.

Only cons for this game :
-Pay to win
-Small maps and only four of them.
-too many bots and some dirty cheaters as human players.
-Devs are greedy and only interested by money.

I guess it's enough.

It is a very bad game and it is the same for Tanks Force!
Target is very clear, earn more much money for the developers.
Buy a lot of gold and enjoy the game, otherwise you earn money for the developers.
Price is the same like the WOT, but level of enjoyment and elaboration are left behind for 10 years!

After half year playing, you are only a target if you don't buy a lot of gold!!!
So, if you don't buy more and more gold, you can't enjoy this game.

I am going to remove these games!
