Arc Surfer Update (v0.4.0)

Arc Surfer update:
Version 0.4.0 released
We enhanced the tutorial to give better examples of using the Arc Board, including video (which will be updated soon).

The tutorial also explains the shield surrounding the board, which you are to stay behind for your own safety and board performance. The board shield has also been modified to be less intrusive.

The current race track has been modified and enhanced at ground level.

Surfs up. Grab an Arc Board and hit the rails!
