Warranty VS Send in

I love this game, but I am getting tired of a bug. The game tells me to never send for free repair for non-extended warranry. Then I fail the ticket and it tells me that I could have sent it to free repairs.

When is this going to get fixed?

Can you tell me in which context this is happening, like what day and what the cause of ticket is? Screenshots of the entire conversation would be super useful, I'll be able to track what's happening through it.
