How to GPS track

The instructions weren't very clear on what to do. I got all the way to the part where I have control of the customers phone but then I have no idea what to do beyond that.

Thank you much for this! When I first got to their phone I was clicking around all over while time was ticking. I got into the GPS button but didn't realize the download was int he top right.
