Change difficulty mid-game
Hey

So when I started the game I chose the harder difficulty given I had a tech background and I expected that hard would mean the puzzles would be logically harder, but instead it seems that it's all tied to how much time you have to solve every issues.

I'm in the days 20 or so, and the difficulty is driving me insane.

Customers all have some intense hyperactivity issues. 6 Seconds without response? Fail. 3 customers at once, all requiring response on a 5 seconds interval? Fail. Fail Fail Fail, you're out.

Doesn't help that my POS boss keeps nagging me about performance when I've raked in 7K in earning in like 22 days and I've unlocked the top dog achievement. So frustrating lol!

Even worse is that sometimes the game doesn't even tell you the mistake you made, and that's paired with the company's demand to upsell Antiviruses, 8+ procedures to follow, and no guidelines except old email to remember these.

The lockout system is also problematic. The game won't even tell you what was your last mistake, so if you're on a 3 fail system, the game will (or not) tell you for 2 of those mistakes, and the last one you'll never know.

Also the game wiki for solutions is never updated according to the new rules you get, which is something that is always done in these other types of game. "Papers, Please" for example keeps a list of the current rules and limitations you are faced with, so before every shift you can make sure that you're ready.

I mean the game will tell you you're wrong because you told a VIP Warranty to repair their phone rather than replace it, or does it want the Two-Factor Authentification EVEN for the repair? The game in the last stretch gets extremely complicated into what service you have to offer and what you can't and for which warranty.

Eugh, I've finished the game on professional. Never again lol!

Feels good to have that 0.3% global achievement though!

I made the mistake of starting on the highest difficulty not realizing the biggest issue would be unrealistic speed to hit the ticket responses. Can the devs implement a difficulty change at any point? I don't want to start from scratch, that isn't fun.
