Also the game wiki for solutions is never updated according to the new rules you get, which is something that is always done in these other types of game. "Papers, Please" for example keeps a list of the current rules and limitations you are faced with, so before every shift you can make sure that you're ready.
I mean the game will tell you you're wrong because you told a VIP Warranty to repair their phone rather than replace it, or does it want the Two-Factor Authentification EVEN for the repair? The game in the last stretch gets extremely complicated into what service you have to offer and what you can't and for which warranty.
Feels good to have that 0.3% global achievement though!
