I cant play it. I keep losing save file all the time. Steam cloud never works. Cant change between deck and pc. Why? How to fix it? I lost everything everytime I try to change from one place to other.

Because there's no cloud feature for this game. It's supposed to be there, but it has never worked. Back it up physically next time.
