Can't start new game, button is faded out and when the button is pressed it says "TEST"

When I try to start a new game, it doesn't allow me to do so. The button "CONTINUE" is greyed out. When I try to push it a small red text "TEST" appears.
I already tried deleting the data in LocalLow.
I already reinstalled the game.

Please help me out.

same issue here, i was just lucky that I had an old gamefile and could load a nearly fresh game. This bug entirely stops you from playing the game solo if you have not started at some point before! This is a MAJOR ISSUE pls take care of it asap...

@Erra maybe you can look up the internet to find a savefile for a fresh game, as long as you load an existing game everything works.
