Report a translation problem
So in the board game or Digital the Tyrant (being the Seeker) has to do the damage. Which isn't easy. You can swap some level one cards around, at least.
Many hours down the drain, repeating the quest twice before realizing exactly how to succeed. Had to go back to town to rearrange my cards to build him specifically to deal with the harrowers.
Gotta be a better way to inform the user that selling the staff and buying it with a diff char won’t allow the new holder to damage the harrowers. It’s really the owner of this personal quest that’s locked into doing the damage and not the staff.
