Initiative and card order selection

One of the most important aspects of the game is card selection. And you have to select two. But it's annoying that you have to select the leading card first. Selecting a card is taking up all the mental focus, not clicking them in order. Perhaps add a confirmation step allowing players to swap leading cards, so that after selecting cards for all characters they can order them based on initiative. On the board players are used to fudge the order of each step, here I had to restart rounds because I messed it up.

There's a simple solution to that problem though you kind of have to find that out for yourself as the game doesn't tell you. Click on the number, but only the number as you'll de-select the card otherwise, after selecting the 2 cards. That switches which card is your initiative card. The other option is to pick your 2 cards then de-select the card you don't want as your initiative card as that also automatically switch the initiative to the other card.

And then, make a pass of your initiative order before hitting the start round button because I'll still mess that up probably once a scenario in my 4-character game where almost everyone is level 9 except the 2 new characters.
