- In Steam - right click on the app icon in your Library.
- scroll down to the last item on the menu you just opened: "Properties", click on it
- select "Installed Files" from the new menu you just opened, click on it
- at the top right-hand side of the window it should now say "Installed Files" with a button labelled "Browse", click on it
this will take you to the install location on your box.
The file-path does exist in windows 11. I am using W11 right now and I have this folder! Appdata is a hidden folder and you will not see it if you are not displaying hidden files and folders. This folder includes the sub-folder \GloomSaves and so deleting it will delete your save-games. You may wish to back-up \GloomSaves contents and sub-folders if you have save-games you wish to try and load once you get the game running.
This will take you to the game directory in your Steam folder and not to the folder the OP is referring to. If you delete this you will need to re-install the game.
So the issues are with the local saves and pref files?
