I don't think this game does enemy movement correctly

I am not sure the game always does enemy movement correctly. If it has a move and an attack but no line of sight it will move to its focus regardless of line of sight correct? But if it has a move but no attack and no line of sight it will just sit there correct? Because in the digital game it seems really inconsistent on the movement rules.

Attack or no attack doesn't change movement behaviour.

Having abilities other than “Attack” on its ability card does not affect a monster’s movement in any way. It will simply move according to the above rules and then use its other abilities as best as it can.

Except as I discovered, the digital game doesn't use the same focus rules as the physical. I think that was what I was experiencing.

It uses the same focus rules as the boardgame. While the game does have bugs, if it does something you don't expect then I'm afraid it's far more likely that it's something you misunderstood rather than the game getting it wrong.
