Malware issue - McAfee and Norton Incessant Popups During Gameplay

Anyone else having this issue? I've run malware and antivirus scans on my PC. These popups are only coming up during Gloomhaven gameplay. How do I get rid of these incredibly annoying and ever constant popups? Thank you!

Disable your anti-virus while you play? This isn't a Gloomhaven issue. It's a McAfee and Norton issue. They think they are detecting a virus that doesn't exist.
