Crossplay with epic
Does gloomhaven crossplay with epic? Tried convincing a friend to buy it but he doesn't want to before trying it. I see its on epic for free. Though so wonder if it will crossplay or if my other friends and I need to get epic

When you talk about cross play then you have to think console and pc. Not epic, gog or steam. Because all of them are pc.

Huh? Lots of people ask whether you can cross play from Steam to Epic. As was the question here. And the answer is yes.

You can also cross play between Mac and PC. Is that an allowed subject?

It's unknown whether PC and console will cross play Gloomhaven. The port is barely underway.

I had Spellforce on EA-Origin. Someone else had Spellforce on Steam.
We couldn't play with each other, because they had a different revision. (EA was behind with updates)

So it is a 100% valid question to ask if you can "crossplay" between Steam and Epic.
Another game would be Worms, if I remember it correctly. And I'm pretty sure there are many more games that have problems if players bought them from different stores.

While this used to be very much true, Epic and Steam made an agreement in August this year to open 100% crossplay between the platforms.

there is an option on steam version to log into epic account, so you can add epic friends
and crossdress with them, err crossplay even
