Digital game with Physical cards

So I have the actual board game, both the base and Jaws of the Lion. This digital version looks awesome, fixes all the setup, fiddleness, movement control all that, BUT playing with three characters and all the cards is a little bit harder when using the digital version as a solo player. Is it possible to use the physical cards but playing the digital version? Are they all the same cards, or atleast MOST of them?

Not with this digital version, you can use TTS to do that if you want. There are some changes in the cards between physical and boardgame to deal with some ambiguity/difficulty of implementation. Sorry I don't remember all of the changes off the top of my head.

I assume you mean just having physical cards in front of you and using that to track your active, hand, discard, and lost cards.
In which case, that would work. 1 of tinkerers cards (chimeric formula top -lv 9 card) was changed and there are a few changes for demolitionist in JotL. Beyond that, the cards are the same so you would be fine to do that

Each turn the active character can look at all of his cards. Not sure why you would need to use the physical cards.
