Voidwarden looks

Voidwarden needs a mod to get in line with the boardgame.
I know that heaven forbids ever having a mildly feminine looking character on Gloonhaven but I liked a lot my Voidwarden on the boardgame and I simply cant watch this new version.

It's funny because this was my thought too. I saw the art for the DLC and it looks nothing like my physical game for her. She's one of my favorite characters too so I'm sad to see how she was ported to the digital.

I have and played her through tabletop JotL twice. I loved her original design which fit the backstory. Now her description refers to her as "it" and the digital version is androgynous.

All JotL characters were described in ungendered language in the board game. E.g. "After a near-death experience with the Void as a child, which scarred the left side of their body...". The board game designer said it was so "your" Voidwarden (or whatever) could be whatever gender the player decided. The artwork is undoubtably feminine, though.

Mind you, I've seen plenty of posts that call the Scoundrel "He", so folks were doing that already. Or were perhaps unobservant.

Yes that would be the best solution, and with another developer mindset we might get it, unfortunately I don't think we will be that lucky.

The "best" solution would be to make her a normal looking woman since the game already has three frumpy lesbians among the base classes.
