Completed Quest-- Chests

So, in our completed quest list we have half a dozen dungeons with a note that says "All rewards have been obtained for this scenario blah blah" but then below that there's a treasure chest icon. Does this mean we missed a box in the dungeon? The reason I ask if I find it hard to believe we missed so many boxes. Anyway, if someone can shed some light on whether this treasure icon simply shows there WAS a box in the dungeon and we missed it, or if the note about rewards means we got all the loot (chests) in that dungeon.

The icon indicates that there's a chest that can be opened in the scenario. Any scenario that has a chest that's always there always has a icon.

It's useful for battle goals, not particularly useful for missed loot.

From what I have found mission based chests seem to remain (typically ornate chests) as marked, while once off loot chest markers do get removed (bugs aside).

Hmm, OK so we tested one of these missions by running it again. We did find a box in the dungeon and it was gone from the completed quest window after we beat it. So I guess we somehow missed these boxes after all. 🤷‍♂️
