Report a translation problem
This will clear out all their enhancements (although you'll be refunded, so you can just buy new ones again), and unequip all their items (although they'll still be bound to you, so you can just reequip). Be aware that you have to do both of those so you don't walk into your next scenario naked, though. And while you don't have to use everything available, you'll still have all your XP and perks earned through achievements and story missions. Clicking on the card button will cause you to level up, while clicking elsewhere on the merc's face will let you choose their cards like you normally would.
But, everything said above is accurate to Guildmaster mode.
Seeing how we only have the Guildmaster avaible right now, this is good enough for me. Maybe in the campaign mode I will miss this feature, but that's a future worry
