Thanks for the reply, I imagine if playing the board game a player would write on a piece of paper which elements they had already defeated making it easy to keep track of these sorts of things.
I was hoping there might have been some option or toggle or menu or hotkey I may have missed that would easily show me this information.
Alas, your suggestion seems like the most likely manner in which I will complete this task.
Manually jotting down on a piece of paper which elements I kill moving forward. Seems very cumbersome that the digital edition doesn't have this sort of thing covered by some digital means.
Thanks again. happy adventures friend.
HOWEVER that quest unlocks my favourite character :) So I wish you the best possible luck finding that demon!!
Yeah really this thread is nitpicking over a quality of life feature i'd love to see added to the game. It's not essential. But would be very convenient. Even as you mentioned, a simple pop up when I mouse over the personal goal, where it would outline/cross out the elements I have previously eliminated. Overall still having a blast with the game. Just really wanna give my big guy the well deserved retirement him and my scoundrel deserve, after carrying me through so many missions. :)
Oh believe me I can relate to that sentiment, of getting attached. I'm already dreading potentially finding future classes and combinations to not be as effective or fun as my current setup. But that is also one of the biggest reasons why i haven't been too upset with the current circumstance/predicament. Since the Brute is only LvL 7 and he still has some room to progress. I would very much like to see his ultimate cards. ;)
But ironically, and I mean no disrespect, your previous statement is a bit of a contrast. Since KNOWING what element of demons you'd have killed previously would help you maintain the character in your party longer and avoid unwanted (accidental) retirement. Seeing as you would know which elements you had previously defeated and you could/would avoid killing the last remaining element to keep this mercenary active for as long as you desired.
Thanks for the reply. Happy hunting friend.
When I got this goal in the board game I wrote down the six demon types and crossed them off as I killed each, and also used a free campaign tracker app. Having to do that in the digital version seems silly - having no checklist appear when you hover over the goal seems like an accidental omission. Or I hope, at least. Would be a nice thing to add.
