Possible mod for more than 4 players?

Used to play the board game with friends precovid and we're looking to start again online, but we usually played with 5 players either rotating when one couldn't make it, or upping the difficulty. Was wondering if people had a mod already doing that or currently being developed.

Five players is not possible. The user interface assumes a maximum of four.

You could use a program like parsec to share your screen, in this way, one of your friends would share a character with you. If you give them the permission trough the program, they will also be able to move your mouse and play cards. But yep the game is restricted to 4p.
