Depend of your team but Berserker should be able to get 10 XP per mission (got 20xp 1 or 2 times).
With Reaping Scythe, you can triple the targets (and the xp when related to damage done).
Part of my problem is that all of his XP cards are built around "Hold your breath every single time an enemy attacks because he has to be at half-health or worse." and I just don't want that kind of stress. So, he's got so few other XP cards, Strength in Numbers gets used for move, the big heal card gets used to stun, which leaves the Stun with damage and potentially the move with fire as his XP cards. All his great damage cards (I'm at level 7 btw) don't have XP gain other than the bottom of Devil Horns which almost never is going to be used because the top half is amazing. It is a little weird though that the biggest damage dealer gets so little XP from dealing damage. It's thematic as all get out though with his "proper" playstyle of nearly dying every round though. Just means he gets to hang out for nearly forever with my 4-character party. Makes the fights a little easier.
Keep from the brink to go back to Full HP (usually after slaughtering ennemies with Resolute stand).
Devil Horn is usually one of the card I burned first. Not a bad one but i usually prefered losing 2HP and stun/ or do something else for pexing. You need to take every xp with her :-).
Gold is literally no problem, but XP is a slog because you don't get scenario completion XP in guildmaster mode. So, if you're out of story jobs where you gain XP on completion, it's just painful. Those last few levels weren't great. Not looking forward to leveling a couple new mercs without it.
