Works perfectly fine for me... at least when I don't forget to use it on my spellweaver's last turn to exhaustion.
Thanks for the comments I appreciate it
Planning so you use RE on your last turn before exhaustion is ideal for maximum recovery, though there is always the possibility of using it sooner for strategic reasons or throwing everything including the kitchen sink at remaining mobs before failing a mission for extra XP.
When you use RE the burnt cards ARE NOT instantly returned to your hand until the END of that round. So it looks like it has done nothing, but they will appear when everyone has finished that round.
^ You'll (usually) only make this mistake once.
Personally, Reviving Aether and Fire Orbs are the only burn cards I ever use on the spellweaver. IMO, this class starts the game with almost all of its best cards, you go through 7 levels of mostly garbage and then you get Inferno-- and that's the spellweaver in a nutshell. 😏
If it comes up as the card you will lose in a short rest, then choose Redraw to get any other card.
